Theory:

Introduction-    Management is the process which means controlling a group of people to achieve better result and goal. 

Discussion-     Human Resource Management is the process of managing employee in a company like hiring, motivating employee solve their issues and their problems. Human Resource Management plays important role in any organization. With the support of Human resources management any organization easily obtain the growth and progress in any field or sector or solve the problem in any situation, so HRM is necessary for any organization. 

Human Resources functions and tasks-  HR mangers have the responsibility to select suitable and better workers for their organization with the help of interview HR managers easily evaluate the candidate on different levels.  In this process. HR managers have to judge the candidate by their education, qualification, experience and character qualities. they must check the background of each candidates with the help of these qualities they can easily judge the better candidates and manage the organization.

Motivate   For any organization the most important aim is how to make progress and achieve the goal for better result. so with the help of HR department. The department must motivate their employee by providing them good salary, increments, complimentary, vacations and proper working hours. 

Planning Growth-  With the help of HR managers any organization can easily obtain growth. The HR department is the one who make sure to  grant training programmes to better the employee performances. The HR department must encourage the employee for better result and understand their problems and solve them. By sharing good ideas with each other and proper management any organization can lead proper planning growth in any environment. 

HR Policies  - In any organization HR policies have to apply employee welfare schemes which offer support to workers at different levels. There may include maternity/ paternity leave, work from home, employee welfare funds, insurance schemes, promotions or transfer based on overall performance. The companies introduce these policies because of good working environment and suitable compensation.

Fair work culture- The HR department has to make sure that there is no discrimination between any workers. all the employee or members are equal. There is no discrimination between any member. They have to see each member with their potentials and capabilities. There should be equal and fair work atmosphere.  








 


Conclusion:

The role of HRM in any organization is very important as it not only deals with various factors involve in selection of appropriate personnel for fulfillment of the objective of an organization but is also instrumental in ensuring that such workforce is retained in the organization for its successful existence over a long period. This is carried out through various policies which are drafted for the purpose of not only ensuring in providing a congenial working atmosphere, proper infrastructure, timely training for upgradation of skills, being sensitive to employee grievances and providing a responsive mechanism for addressing the same and motivating them through various facilities timely promotion and increments rewards schemes, appreciation certificates at regular intervals. so that the employees are able to contribute to their fullest potential towards the achievement of the organization.
