Terms for NIMS Registrations

  • The institute reserves the right to accept or reject an application without assigning any reason what so ever.
  • The necessary fee by DD drawn in favour of "National of Management Solutions" Payable at New Delhi will have to be sent along with the filled up application form.
  • No refund or adjustment of fee once paid as applicable other than mentioned in the prospectus.
  • In case of the rejection of an application by the institute, full fee paid will be refunded. However no refund shall be made for discontinuation of the program opted after enrollment.
  • The Management of NIMS reserves the right to change the derails without notice as per the prevailing conditions.
  • All programs are industry endorsed certificate courses and the same shall be provided by NIMS.
  • A fee of Rs.2500 is mandatory in case there is a change of exam date by the student.
  • Exam date shall be fixed by the institute and subsequently inform the student 15 days prior from the date of examination.
  • All disputes subject to jurisdiction of court in New Delhi only.
