National Meeting -1

 I have supported National Video Conference for my leadership in my origination (- i got a mail from my boss for VC event. And then I have revert on the same mail, for better information when will be the main event. and I suggest to my boss lots of people will come in the meeting so we require a hall and then need a new setup for this special meeting and also we require Polycom phone, PSTN, Cabling RJ45, Crimping connectors etc. And need a plan for seating areas. And after that I installed all require devices for this special meeting. And one more thing I suggest to my boss for this meeting. We require an External backup for Internet & PSTN Network. Now all are things are ready for the meeting.  Overall thing are ready for meeting now I have reply on the mail Sir I have arranged every setup as of now.
In this event we installed Video conference device and configured it to the Exl network after that we test Video Conference Device (my location) to the other exl location (within India / outside India / client) we do dry runs before the actual event, so that we can correct the issues if i found any observation. Then I have taken an action for the same issue.
